We care about your satisfaction with your purchase of our products and services. These products and services are digital-goods delivered electronically by way of the Internet and are non-returnable; however, under certain circumstances a refund may be issued.
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase and will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
If you have purchased a product or service online through our website, and have not downloaded or otherwise accessed the product or service, please contact customer support to request a refund. Upon receipt of your contact information and order number, a refund will be issued within three (3) business days.

To request a refund contact customer support, provide your contact information, order number, and the reason you are requesting the refund. If approved a refund will be issued within three (3) business days.
Under certain circumstances we may request you provide a Letter of Destruction certifying you have destroyed any and all electronic copies of the product in your or your organization's possession including but not limited to those copies residing on a local or networked computer's hard drive, storage device, removable media, tape or other on or off-site archival storage media before a refund can be issued.
Products purchased under a Distribution License are not eligible for refund once they have been downloaded.
Software and data products developed under negotiated license or contractual agreements are governed by their individual work-for-hire or contractual agreements and are non refundable under this Refund Policy.
